Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued by Mykonos Luxury Accommodation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations where necessary, including where incorrect pricing, availability, or booking information has been provided.

Rates and Payments

All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.

Payment requirements, deposits, and cancellation policies applicable to your reservation will be communicated during the booking process.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, fixtures, and facilities with care and respect.

Any loss, damage, excessive cleaning requirements, or additional costs resulting from a guest's actions may be charged to the guest responsible.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied during the booking process is accurate and complete.

Occupancy

Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation may occupy the suite unless prior written approval has been obtained from management.

Mykonos Luxury Accommodation reserves the right to refuse entry or request departure where occupancy limits are exceeded.

Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies may vary depending on the booking rate, season, or booking platform used.

Guests should refer to the cancellation terms displayed during the booking process or included in their booking confirmation.

Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe and secure environment, guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.

Mykonos Luxury Accommodation shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury, delays, interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
